We're currently filling out positions for our core dev team that will spearhead the next iteration of our product line, and help mold the next generation of the Indian workforce. (**Our company develops recruitment apps that are geared towards taking down Naukri, Indeed & Upwork.**)
Our tech stack consists of the Hyperledger Suite (Fabric, Indy and Aries), React.js (TypeScript), React Native, Python, and DevOps. Code quality; consideration of architecture is a must - which is difficult to find in 90% of the engineering population.

Requirements
(1) At least 1 year of experience.
(2) Minimum- Bachelors.
(3) Fluency in English
Position Description
* Write excellent, lean code in the Hyperledger Suite**
* Conduct necessary research to establish ideal solutions for software infrastructure
* Present findings to the team members in a concise and clear manner
* Facilitate and attend meetings
Minimum Qualifications
* 1+ years on the job Blockchain experience
* **Performance tuning** experience
* English communication skills**
* Experience with automated testing (unit tests, end to end tests etc.)
* Able to build high-quality software for Ethereum ; Hyperledger in Go/ Solidity/ JavaScript /Python on a daily basis.
* Knowledge of cryptographic principles of Blockchain technologies
* Able to make crypto software usable and simple for non-savvy users.
* Knowledge of crypto-economics on a deep level
* Experience with developing Blockchain; Distributed Ledger technologies
Experience with distributed systems and protocol design
* Knowledge of how blockchain architecture; private keys work
* Knowledge of Wallet RPC calls and JSON responses
* Development experience in AWS/ IBM or other Cloud spaces
* 1+ years of experience with cloud technologies and servers with exposure to full CI/CD processes
* Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, C++, JavaScript, Java, NodeJS, data structures, algorithms, distributed databases
Preferred Qualifications
* Terraform
* Docker
* CI / CD tools (Github actions preferred)
* Typescript
* React
* React Native
* Open source contributor (often an indicator of clean code, passion for software, and experience working remotely with a distributed team)
