Location: Bangalore, INDIA (Currently offering complete REMOTE (WFH) opportunity)

Shift Timings: UK Shift (11AM-8PM)

Experience: 3-8yrs.

Job Description:

• Strong experience in software development, technical support and IT processes.
• Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with business users, team members
• Experience in effective project plans for multiple projects by defining scope, estimating effort and evaluating high level design and architecture.
• Proactive troubleshooting, listening, and problem solving skills
• Ability to produce clear documentation and reports that can be easily understood by technical team.
• Ability to discuss, debate and challenge technical issues with developers.
• Microsoft certification is advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills.
• Mentoring the developer, carry technical discussion, coming up with the solution.

Technical Skills:

• Managing projects for web/windows development and backend services development using MS Visual Studio and SQL Server.
• Experience in IT projects using various development methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile or Scrum.
• Strong background experience in ASP.NET, C# .NET Framework 3.5/4.0/4.5, WCF, HTML, JAVASCRIPT, ADO.NET , C#, AJAX, J QUERY, LINQ
• Understanding on networks and infrastructures as it relates to coordinating activities for project deployments.
• Experience in business analysis functions to assist in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Experience in identify the potential risks and classify them based on criticality and preparing back up plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or recurrences.
• Strong experience with .NET core, Web forms, Azure.
• Good experience in designing, developing, coding and testing.
