Demonstrated experience in using Javascript (Angular/ Svelte) to create beautiful, engaging, responsive apps.
Have 5+ years of experience with Javascript (Angular/ Svelte) or similar.
Deep understanding of various patterns, state management techniques etc.
Strong understanding of REST/ GraphQL / Websockets.
An experience with getStream and their chat and stream product is a plus.
You love taking ownership and have a great eye for detail
Have at least a working knowledge of the server side / databases, dev ops
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You obsess about the experience of every single customer

This role reports to the Engineering Manager/CTO. You’ll of course be working closely
with lots of other team members including designers, product managers, etc.

Working in a capital R remote environment: We're Hawaii to Hong Kong. There is no home base. Calling a meeting is highly non-trivial. This usually means fantastic documentation, written communication with your teammates, and follow-through. It also means *some* morning/night meetings... a pure 10am-7pm startup schedule is not going to work unf. That said, we recognise that this is a marathon and we keep odd hours to a core minimum.
