Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to join their team and help shape the creative direction of new and existing SaaS applications. As our primary application architect, you will be working with leadership, analysts, and developers, actively designing and developing solutions for our product platform. Youll have a key role in charting the course of our technology development and roadmap. This is a highly technical hands-on role and requires an appreciation of technical architecture and software trade-offs. Our technology platform is greenfield, micro-services based, and reliant on diverse technology stacks. You’ll need to be a problem solver who can find better and efficient solutions for business requirements using the latest technology and tools. You’ll also be responsible for leading a team of developers in product development.

Roles and Responsibilities

• You will play a pivotal role in Wootz product development. 
• Design/Develop UI and platform to meet needs. Combining Interfaces and workflow to enhance customer experience. 
• Be responsible for Technical deliverables within the project or project(s). 
• Conduct concept and usability testing 
• Work alongside PMO and colleagues in functional, testing, change management, support and architecture roles to ensure the successful deliveries. 
• Confident in presenting concepts to a variety of stakeholders and have strong influencing and negotiating skills to ensure the most appropriate solution is delivered to meet the client requirements 
• Involve in product demonstration.

Skill Set Requires:

   Full software development lifecycle responsibilities including writing specs, designing and implementing code, testing and deploying software 

• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build & release processes, testing, and operations 
• Designing and building apps based on Microservices architecture 
• Experience in service-oriented Restful architectures and a strong understanding of design principles 
• Experience with agile methodologies and processes 
• The familiarity of cloud computing platforms 
• Experience in designing applications with software containers and orchestration platforms (Docker & Kubernetes) 
• Experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment environments 
• Exposure to current generation responsive user interfaces; web and mobile 
• Comparable role experience in software product development 
• Experience of identifying functional gaps and provide solutions. 
• Configure and test the application as per business requirement. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication and should be able to articulate, effectively coordinate with both internal and client teams. Preferable 
• Experience in Java, Python, Go and JavaScript/NodeJS 
• Familiarities with UI frameworks, like Vue JS and other JS libraries 
• Knowledge of In-Memory Data Grids, like Hazel cast or Ignite 
• Experience with Azure DevOps 
• Experience with enterprise applications (HR, ERP, etc.)
