Title: Team Lead (Front-End)

Required Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT from reputed Institute

Desired Experience: 4-6 years

Job Objective: Front End Team Lead will work with Module Leads/architect to develop new applications as well as maintain existing applications, and Lead the team of 4+ SE /SSE to develop the product.

Job Description:

• Leading a team of 4 - 6 passionate engineers to develop products which are delightful and gives 6 star experience to our users

• Inspire the team to get them to be better than they think they can be

• Being the innovator in solving product problems using technology

• Architecting the solutions developed to ensure it is executed in best way possible with given constraints

• Planning execution of products to ensure timely delivery of requirements

• Mentoring team to write elegant, efficient and scalable code following best practices and defined processes.

• Being completely responsible for Front-end of all the current products of Ambitionbox

Required Skills:

• Passion for building fantastic products and ability to inspire the team to exceed their own expectations
• Good communication skills - Should be able to explain tech solutions, product ideas, issues clearly to the team and stakeholders
• Excellent hands-on experience with Javascript, VueJs/NuxtJs, SCSS, HTML5, Webpack
• Ability to write quality, secure, scalable and maintainable code
• Attention to design details and to be able to build beautiful, functional and delightful responsive user interfaces
• Experience with software release processes, staged rollouts, A/B experiments with user research
• Understanding of backend technologies like PHP, MySQL, Go is added benefit
• Hands-on experience with performance and error monitoring tools like Newrelic and Sentry is added benefit

Desired Skills:-

• Understanding of NuxtJs, PHP, MySQL, Elasticsearch, ReactJs.
• Understanding of Git.
