Roles and Responsibilities

• This is a Operation Support Executive position for managing day to day system related issues and resolution on the same with the help of technology team. The Executive is responsible for understanding technical and other operational requirements from both client and the internal teams
• Executive write SQL quires, editing python script, maintaining batch files, data massaging in excel as well as in SQL database
• Transaction download and status upload activities, preparing pay-out, scheme wise and Payment report, new biller id creation, transaction upload, updating Holidays, transaction rescheduling, maintaining multiple checks like duplicate transactions, mismatch in online mandate registrations etc.
• Monthly invoice and supporting to client for multiple mode and this work is billable to the client

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2 yrs. experience in back-office operations
• You must have a degree in any stream
• You have required basis knowledge of SQL query writing and MS office

Working Hours and Days:

• Monday to Saturday
• Rotational Shift job - 8 AM to 4.30 PM; 9.30 AM to 6 PM; 3 PM to 11.30 PM
