Job Description
Sound technical knowledge: need to have good understanding of the technologies especially customer’s technologies i.e. QA, Java/.Net, Angular/React and AWS.
Need to manage overall QA delivery teams along with other 1-2 Engineering teams.
Good knowledge of at least one web application framework.
Should be able to participate in technical discussions with all stakeholders – customer, architects, tech leads
Perform Technical Risk assessment on regular basis and partner with Architect & Client Managers for mitigation plans & their executions.
Awareness of digital technologies and their use cases.
Be adept in handling technical tools and have a deep insight in the subject of the project.
Experience in project management tools i.e. Microsoft Project and Jira.
Able to understand the project/program vision, business benefits, success factor, associated risks and dependencies. Prepare project plan to achieve the vision. Give complete clarity to the team.
Good knowledge and experience working project following Agile Methodologies e.g. Scrum, Kanban.
Responsibilities
Ensure that project is delivered within constraints (time, cost, scope, resources, and quality).
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Single point of contact for technical issues, clarifications, discussions with client.
Coordinates and communicates with the offshore team and keep the client stakeholders updated.
Manages client expectations with respect to technical and business focus areas.
Acts as a liaison and present/translate information best understood by and within onshore and offshore teams.
Strong understanding of development and technical best practices. Able to inculcate the same with various teams.
