Job Description

 

  • 5-7 years experience in Pharma Manufacturing, Quality or SOP processes
  • At least 2-3 complex implementation experience in Data Analytics (AI/ML) project in Pharma
  • Hands on Phython, R, ML algorithms with good knowledge in statistics, advanced mathematics
  • Entrepreneurship and self-driven, Candidate should be able to articulate business problems into technical requirements and technical solution into business insights
  • Program management skills and can work with diverse interest team members and partner ecosystem
  • Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools, possess good understanding of ML tools/libraries like: Tensorflow, Keras, Pandas, Spacy, Pytorch, NLTK, Sklearn etc.
  • Develop AI and machine learning applications according to requirements, he/she should have excellent knowledge on Computer Vision, Audio/video/Image processing.
  • Strong statistical analysis skills and demonstrated experience in deriving insights from structured and unstructured data
  • Identifying data sources, extract information and insight from the identified data sources (both structured and unstructured information) at the scale of the web.
  • Implement core NLP functionality (Tokenization, part-of-speech tagging, dependency parsing), and modules supporting natural language process understanding, e.g. relation extraction, sentiment analysis and named entity recognition.
  • Should be able to work as full stack developer, manage projects and deliverables, E2E execution with designing & deployment of customised & pre-trained AI-ML models
  • Responsible for testing and maintaining existing AI-ML models with private and public cloud solutions like MS-Azure, AWS & GCP
  • Learn and understand the development pipeline. Research and apply the latest Artificial Intelligence methodologies to address Development challenges.
