We are looking for candidates with programming skills on:

• Candidate should be very strong in Data Wrangling, Data Mining, and Data Analysis
• Ideal candidate(s) should have an overall experience of 6-8 years with 4-5 years of experience in R programming + developing Shiny Apps
• Statistical Analysis using R (primary) and Python (Secondary).
• Design and develop data pipelines using R and cloud components
• Experience in working with standard genomics packages like PLINK, BCFTools, Imputation, HAIL, Variant Transform Tool.
• Candidate responsibilities will be ranging from data engineering and machine learning to data visualization and dashboard builds in Shiny App
• Candidate should have experience working on Linux/Ubuntu systems
• Experience working with computer clusters and cloud-based computing (AWS, GCP) is ideal.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work well in teams are required.
• Must have some experience in working with Genomics (DNA, RNA sequence) datasets

The incumbent will have a major role in leading and training other team members and providing design, development, and technical expertise.
