Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
Analysis of source systems
Writing Database SQL scripts creation and performance tuning
Creation Unit, integration and User test cases for ETL
Creation of Production support documentation like ETL conceptual and Technical design documents
Coordinate with onshore Leads for deployment and post implementation support

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree- Production Support and Development experience associated with new and emerging business
3 - 5 years of experience
Minimum 3 - 5 experience ETL Mappings using Data Stage
2+ years experience with relational database management systems
Dataware house concepts, Data stage, Unix commands & scripting, SQL. Good to have production Support experience with any scheduler related tool skill like Autosys, TWS
Understanding of Data Models and development of ETL Mappings using Data Stage
Strong in Database Concepts
Performance tuning in Data Stage
Good communication skills in order to convey designs/issues/solutions to the client and also the ability to estimate work and convey risks, issues in a timely manner
Ability to work independently and in a team environment effectively with minimum supervision
Proactively contribute to add value to the project
Very Good analytical ability and technically strong to drive problem till conclusion
