Responsibilities

1. Work with multiple stakeholders (business, marketing and product teams) to understand requirements, challenges and opportunities of existing systems

2. Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of selfinitiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity

3. Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis

4. Integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources

5. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing insights

6. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and Work with multiple stakeholders to prioritize business and information needs

7. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities, Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or masters degree in engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field with 3 years of hands-on experience

2. Experience of interpreting large and complex data sets using relational/Nonrelational databases with attention to detail and accuracy

3. Technical expertise regarding data analysis, customer insight Experience with visualization/ reporting tools like Tableau, MetaBase is a plus

4. In depth knowledge of Linux to process large data sets

5. Proficient at queries, report writing and presenting findings

6. Ability to communicate results with the leadership teams in a structured and coherent manner

Desired Skills and Experience

SQL, Excel (must) and Python, Hive and Mongo DB (good to have)
