Cloud Solutions Engineer

• About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Cloud Solutions Engineer who has proven experience on multiple cloud implementations, understands governance & cloud native best practices while designing & implementing highly scalable and configurable cloud solutions. The candidate is expected to work with minimal intervention and should be self-driven with an excellent learning curve.

• What we are looking for: (Exp Range 5-7 years with ideally 2-3 years in cloud)
1. Deep understanding of cloud design patterns, cloud operations and cloud implementation models with hands-on ability to implement best practices or suggest improvements.
2. Should have been involved in design & implementation of at least 2-3 full cycle cloud applications using Microservices, Spring Boot/Quarkus.
3. 3+ years designing and administrating various cloud platforms in a large-scale environment. (Preferred platforms: AWS and GCP)
4. Good understanding on containerization stack Docker, Kubernetes.
5. Exposure to streaming/messaging – Kafka, RabbitMQ, NoSQL databases is needed
6. 3+ years developing automation with DevOps CICD initiatives.
7. Preference to candidates having cloud developer certifications.
8. Exposure to IaaC toolsets like CloudFormation or Terraform is added advantage.

Cloud Solutions Lead

• About the Role:

The Cloud Solutions Lead position is about providing design & implementation leadership for different implementations in the cloud solutions practice. Design maturity in terms of relevant patterns, best practices and governance mechanisms is needed to ensure technical and functional finesse with adherence to timelines and alignment to practice goals.

• What we are looking for: (Exp Range – 7-10 years with ideally 2-3 years in cloud in a lead position)

1. Self-starter and motivated individual who has an eye for detail and passion for building innovative solutions and a problem-solving attitude.
2. Clear communication skills and very comfortable with internal & external customer facing demos.
3. Assume responsibilities for technical design, functional fulfilment, and timely deliveries.
4. Manage expectations with internal stakeholders and context-switch in a fast-paced environment. Thrive in an environment that uses AWS extensively.
5. Well versed with cloud native principles, 12 factor apps, specifications like Microprofile, etc. Containerization exposure for Docker & Kubernetes or managed services with Microservices based architectures is must.
6. Hands on experience on multiple cloud managed services & components and ability to choose between competing solutions/approaches.
7. Experience on multi cloud strategy and hybrid cloud models including private cloud implementations is preferred.
8. Candidate should be open to ramp on latest trends on containerization, cloud security, cloud agnostic design, etc.
