Senior Software Engineer

 

Experience: 4 to 6 years

 

Job Description:

"Convert business requirement into technical solution by Designing Data warehouse, ETL/ELT Process.Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.SQL Server optimization techniques, SSIS ETL development and Power BI visualization.Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.Strong working experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud offerings especially for data engineering work (vis. MS Azure Data Factory, Data Warehouse, Azure batch, Data Lake Analytics, HDInsight, Azure Databricks, SQL Server)Programming languages - Python/Java with strong preference for Python, Unix shell scriptingGood to have: Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc."
