Inviting applications for the role of AWS Data Engineer, CORA OPS360 - CIO Organization

This is an opportunity for you to design and implement high-quality solutions that enables product and service delivery in support of the CORA OPS360 mission, strategy, goals, and objectives.

Data – Data Engineer:

• Design, build and operationalize large-scale enterprise data solutions and applications using one or more AWS data and analytics services in combination with 3rd parties - Spark, EMR, DynamoDB, RedShift, Kinesis, Lambda, Glue, Snowflake. • Analyze, re-architect, and re-platform on-premise data warehouses to data platforms on AWS cloud using AWS or 3rd party services. • Design and build production data pipelines from ingestion to consumption within a big data architecture, using Java, Python, Scala. • Design and implement data engineering, ingestion, and curation functions on AWS cloud using AWS native or custom programming. • Perform detailed assessments of current state data platforms and create an appropriate transition path to AWS cloud.

Insights – Data Scientist:

• • Initial data investigation and exploratory data analysis
• • Choose one or more potential models and algorithms
• • Apply data science techniques, such as machine learning, statistical modeling, and artificial intelligence
• • Measure and improve results
• • Experience on AWS could analytics platform and toolset (SageMaker, Kendra, Comprehend, etc)

Qualifications Minimum qualifications Bachelors/ Master of Technology

Preferred qualifications Trained or Certified in AWS/Azure cloud certifications
