NTT DATA, Inc., a top 10 global IT services company, has an immediate need for a UI/UX Designer in Parsippany, NJ

Description:
UI/UX Designer

  • Working under the UX Lead and other members of the UX Team, the UI Designer will be responsible for creating user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockup and prototypes. You will collaborate with the research team to define goals and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop low and high-fidelity wireframes, sitemaps, user flows, prototypes, and branding guideline
  • Review and interpret creative briefs and develop original design concepts
  • Provide regular progress reports for ongoing web / interactive design projects
  • Periodically review websites and other interactive properties and recommend updates on content and design
  • Work on multiple jobs across different brands
  • Participating in full user experience process and ability to speak to it
  • Write up feature descriptions, help screens, training documentation and metadata/sales documentation as needed
  • Document requirements and track tasks as needed to assist the BAs and PMs
  • Perform basic functionality and testing of tools along the development cycle
  • High command of verbal and written English with good communication and reporting skills
  • Requirements
  • 5+ years UI experience, designing for mobile and web applications -Skilled in Sketch, InVision, Creative Suite and other prototyping tools
  • Must have experience working on start to finish product design
  • Strong visual design skills and a solid understanding of UX
  • User research and usability testing experience in an agile environment
  • Experience working with cross functional teams to deliver business objectives
  • Manage multiple brands and style guides
  • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS, JavaScript, highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of composition, layouts, color theory, typography and obsessive attention to detail
