Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Under general direction, identify and provide complex technical and business solutions to meet business strategy.
- Provide leadership in areas of expertise throughout all phases of application systems development.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience (6 years of experience equates to an Associate's degree when defining "equivalent work experience")
- 4-5 years' experience, prefer Python along with a statically typed language like Java or C# (preference of Python coding w/ .NET, will be able to teach AWS)
- Understanding and familiarity with common software development patterns, better practices, and anti-patterns
- Experience with DevOps practices (TDD, CI, CD, etc.)
- Exposure with working with and integrating multiple vendor software applications
- Experience with databases (we use SQL Server).
