Job Description

Position: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Duration: 12+ Months (Long Term contract OR CTH)

 

Note: Need Someone who can work on Our W2.

 

Required:

Software development experience or programming classes if recent graduate

Experience with Object-Oriented programming, and knowledge of an Object-Oriented language (e.g. Java, C#, C++)

Familiarity with a popular IDE such as Eclipse, NetBeans or IntelliJ

Experience with web servers and web application deployment (e.g. Apache Tomcat)

Experience with relational databases, including a specific product (e.g. MySQL, Oracle, Postgres). Should be comfortable with SQL and writing queries (including using joins, groups, etc.)

Familiarity with Unix system administration tasks (e.g. changing permissions for a directory, analyzing currently running processes)
